Architectural studio
From site capacity analysis, through the building permit design, to fit-out and handover. I run every project personally, with a permanent team of collaborators.
The studio
An independent studio based in Warsaw. Good documentation comes from single ownership — the same person runs the project from the first conversation to the signature at handover. That does not mean working alone: a permanent team of collaborators and consulting engineers supports the work.
I design on a model, not on a set of drawings. A change in one place then leaves no contradictions in the others — the part of the work a client never sees, and the part that gets settled on site.
The biggest risk in a project rarely sits in the architecture — it sits in deadlines and approvals. That is why I take coordination and the formalities on myself instead of leaving them on the client’s side.
Services
An assessment of a plot's potential before the purchase and the full formal path — from capacity analysis to a final building permit.
Office and retail space designed within the tenant's budget and the building manager's requirements.
Service halls, showrooms, laboratories and technical facilities — buildings whose layout follows the technology.
Alongside: interior design and common areas, site supervision and client representation, and the formal handling of projects in progress.

Contact
The fastest way to a useful answer is an e-mail with a short brief: what kind of building, how much floor area, what stage the matter is at and when the documentation is needed.
If you already have material — a floor plan, a measured survey, a land register extract or the lease terms — attach it. I usually prepare a fee proposal within two working days.
